  • You must be 21 years or older to purchase handguns, handgun ammunition, frames, receivers, and other federally regulated items.

2. Account Registration & Security

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices for products at any time. Shipping, handling, and HAZMAT fees are additional and will be displayed at checkout.

a. FFL Transfers for Firearms

All firearm purchases require shipment to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. You are responsible for selecting a valid FFL and for any transfer fees they charge. The final transfer is contingent upon your passing the required federal background check (ATF Form 4473) conducted by the FFL.

b. Prohibited Transactions

You agree not to use our Site or services to:

  • Engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity.
  • Purchase a firearm or ammunition for anyone who is legally prohibited from owning one.
  • Purchase products in violation of any export control laws.
  • Resell products for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
  • Attempt to modify any product to function in an illegal manner (e.g., manufacturing illegal short-barreled rifles or machine guns).

5. Intellectual Property
